Janine Armstrong,
Interim Chief Executive Officer

Janine Armstrong serves as Interim CEO of Habitat for Humanity Heartland Ontario, bringing more than a decade of leadership experience within the Habitat for Humanity federation at both the local and national levels. A mission-driven executive, Janine is known for her collaborative, people-centered leadership style and her ability to guide organizations through transition while strengthening culture, governance, and operational effectiveness. Throughout her career, she has built strong relationships with boards, staff, volunteers, donors, and community partners, helping organizations translate strategic vision into meaningful impact. As Interim CEO, she is focused on supporting the organization’s continued momentum in advancing affordable homeownership and building strong, healthy communities.
